core: Yes, It's Jim's villa from spain in panoramic... preeetty
David:
I made a 360 degree version of that I put together a few weeks ago. I wasn't too impressed with mine though :)
I think that next time we get to go one a holiday like that I'll get everybody to stand around - really spread out around me - then take lots of photos - including at different angles of elevation - so that we can get a nice square panoramic pic out of it.
My 360 version
I think I might have lost a photo in the collection :)
azz: And while we're speaking about Spanish panaromas, here's mine.
David: Ahhh - a nice large lake. Probably with a nice cool breeze coming off it. It must be mine! NOW!
David:
"coroner Philip Walters warned people doing DIY that they were risking their lives"
OK, looks like I had better not put up any shelves at home!
David:
We've just made an announcement about our new Zombie alert service
But look at the cute blood splattered monitors!
azz:
This is a cover of "Take Five".
In 4/4 time.
I think he's sort of missing the point...
azz: I'm having difficulty thinking of a response to this story that's not obscene and won't get me arrested.
David: Oh look. Clarke is cynically exploiting the terrorist attacks to press through his privacy intruding &%$£$
azz:
sigh
Why did anybody think that building a browser which even has a concept of privileged Javascript was a good idea?
David:
Probably the same people who added <marquee> support ... but Microsoft did it!
Looks like I'll be doing upgrades for family this week!
azz: And I note that once again they've failed to get their act together about releasing source code.
David: Of course, that would make it too easy to exploit the security hole ...
azz: Well, it's in CVS, just not available as source tarballs for people who build it from source.
David:
BBC tag line: Home Secretary Charles Clarke says he is "shocked" the suspected London suicide bombers were British-born.
My tag line: Home Secretary Charles Clarke out of touch with reality
Lunatics can come from anywhere - and there is plenty of racial hatred floating around this country without the need to import it from overseas.
David:
Well I could use the dechump module from my Perl scripts ...
(to leverage the Us-Lot IRC Blog data from my CMS)
azz:
Looks worth a try -- although it's a bit old, so it might not support some features I've used.
(I'm pretty conservative about Python versions, though, so you're in with a good chance...)
David: It would probably be easier to just munch the RSS feed though - my CMS runs before uploading :)
azz: That works too.
David: Isn't he cute?
David:
Oh my. Its like yesterday's bus story
It seems that the BBC letting people download Beethoven mp3s is unfair competition
"You are also leading the public to think that it is fine to download and own these files for nothing"
Well lets see. I'm a license payer - so it isn't "for nothing"
and so long as the copyrighter is OK with it, then it is "fine".
I expect the BBC Philharmonic Orchestra did the recordings
azz: Yes, they did.
David: Stop! In the name of love!
Here's your degree dear, well done. Oh no! I can hear a kitten stuck in a tree 5 miles away! To the air - away!
azz: "with the power of the force I too will have a silly hat!" -- Trapper
"KHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAN!" -- ben
core: It was clear to see who had forgotten their rubber souled shoes. Sadly her hair will never be the same again....
