I bet the BBC would never be caught using encryption themselves for security. Oh, wait.
Also, it would have taken a whole thirty seconds of research to figure out how to spell "BitTorrent" correctly. Idiots.
I'm informed there's a video of the article in question available here, although it's hidden behind a nasty proprietary Flash interface, so I don't know. Via Moof.

From last year's BBC Charter Review.
SCBG want the BBC privatised, broken up, and constrained to only show programmes that cannot be made by commercial channels.
(Of course, the BBC seem to be working on the first two parts quite successfully by themselves...)
