What's wrong with having a content filter system tag BoingBoing as containing nudity?
It does frequently contain nudity, if not outright porn.
It's definitely not worksafe.

Oh dear. The Python web site seems to have had a "Web 2.0" "facelift".
That is, the nice elegant design it's had ever since I've been using Python has been replaced with a horrific pastel-colours-on-white-and-pixel-art monstrosity of the type that's so popular these days.
It even has the "You're too thick to know how to resize fonts in your browser" menu at the top! How delightful.
Fun. The first link on the homepage is a link to the homepage.
And the link to the NASA success story is labeled "success story photo" - and thanks to a lack of line breaks can't be distinguished from the next link "success story photo more success stories..."
Page 5 (in Lynx in a standard sized terminal) finally gets to the actual page content (i.e. out of the sidebar), it is the very end of page 5 though...
