"The Adventures of Stephen Brown is a science-fiction series that is broadcast weekly on Southampton Television and Oxford TV"
"Usually consisting of 15 episodes per year, the series centres around the adventures of an alien being called Stephen Brown, played by Chris Wilkes from 2000. He is accompanied on his travels on his spacecraft The Venturer by his loyal companions Harri (Sarah Wright), and the primitive Algy (Ben Johnson)."
Seen any of this, David? It seems pretty much like a student version of Doctor Who.
There are some clips available on YouTube.
It's extremely-low-budget and the acting's appalling, but the producers are clearly trying hard...
David:
First I've heard of it. And you're right, it is like a low budget student version of Dr Who.
I think it might just be lower quality then some of the BBV videos ... but probably worthwhile viewing with a bunch of alcohol fueled Dr Who fans.

That's nice. We'll finally be able to play around with putting proper lightweight concurrency in the JVM.
